Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Work begins once the scope is agreed and the initial payment clears. The Unlimited Design membership runs month to month; you can pause or cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing cycle.
Membership work is handled one request at a time, with an average 48-hour turnaround. Larger requests are split into stages and delivered incrementally. Timelines for fixed-scope projects are set in the project agreement.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. I keep the right to show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party assets stay under their own licenses.
Fixed-scope projects include the revision rounds named in the agreement; memberships include unlimited changes. Payments for delivered work are non-refundable; unused full months of a membership are refunded if you cancel before the cycle starts.
